Dirty Work is a NYC|LA based production company founded by Andrei Zakow in 2014.

Raised in SoHo, New York City, and now based between Brooklyn and Los Angeles, Andrei is a Director of Photography and Editor driven by curiosity and a passion for authentic storytelling. His work has taken him around the world documenting people, places, and cultures, always searching for the quiet moments that reveal something universal about the human experience.

He is drawn to stories that explore how the smallest moments in life can spark profound change. Whether shooting documentaries, fashion films, or branded content, his work combines cinematic visuals with an honest, human perspective.

His latest project is the independent feature horror film Dead Bloom, now streaming on Amazon and Tubi, where he served as Producer, Camera Operator, Editor, and Social Media Manager.

Available for freelance work as a Director of Photography and Editor, Andrei collaborates on documentary, fashion, commercial, narrative, and branded productions.
